You are very close to booking your stay at our very special house! Once you've checked availability complete the Booking Request Form (or Quick Enquiry Form below if you have a question first). We've adjusted our pricing to make it attractive for smaller groups, see the pricing & availability page for details. Up to 6 guests can book the house only (4 bedrooms) and 7 or more can add the exterior Workshop super-king en-suite bedroom.

We will block the dates straight away and usually come back same day. You pay a deposit, and the full fee 40 days before arrival. 

THE DETAILS

On completing the booking request form below, we will send you a completed booking request form and payment details which will be confirmed on receipt of a £500 refundable deposit. We will request the full guest fee 40 days prior to arrival.  The £500 deposit will be returned after your stay.  If you cancel your holiday we reserve the right to keep the deposit or guest fee but we will of course endeavour to re-let the house in which case we will refund you less an admin fee. We provide bedlinen (crisp cotton), towels (big fluffy White Company towels), kitchen essentials, including starter supplies of tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets. You should also find a bottle of something in the fridge. See the Your Stay section of this site for shopping and much more.

Pricing is per week, and booking directly here avoids additional third-party platform commission. We normally request bookings of at least a week in high season but we can be flexible - just ask. We charge 85% of list for 4-5 nights, 75% for 3. Contact us for other lengths of stay.  For stays over 1 week, we'll do a bed and linen change every full additional week. 

We welcome up to 2 dogs but charge an additional £50 per dog. 

Check-in is 4pm or later, Check-out is 10am at the latest. Contact us if you need to flex, depending on our cleaners we may be able to accomodate, but sorry sometimes we can't due to their schedule.
