Return guests - please note we now let 5 not 6 bedrooms and have reduced prices accordingly. 

Bookings can commence on any day of the week. We normally request bookings of at least a week but we may have flexibility in low season. We charge 85% of list for 4 nights, 75% for 3.  

On completing the booking request form below, we will send you a booking letter and payment details which will be confirmed on receipt of your £500 deposit. We will request the full guest fee 40 days prior to arrival.  The £500 deposit will be returned after your stay.  If you cancel your holiday we reserve the right to keep the deposit or guest fee but we will of course endeavour to re-let the house in which case we will refund you less an admin fee. We provide bedlinen (crisp cotton), towels (big fluffy White Company towels, not the thin ones you get at some rentals), kitchen essentials, including starter supplies of tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets. You should also find a bottle of something in the fridge. See the Your Stay section of this site for shopping and much more.

Check-in is 4pm or later, Check-out is 10am at the latest. Contact us if you need to flex, depending on our cleaners we may be able to accomodate, but sorry sometimes we can't due to their schedule.
